Discount Real Estate credit card customers please note: While the cost of Merchant Fees are picked up by Discount Real Estate, where a customer seeks a refund on their membership fee for any reason, Discount Real Estate will deduct the Merchant Fees (along with any subsidiary costs in the Returns Policy) from the customer's refundable total before refunding the subsequent portion of funds to the customer.
